Slazenger Sneakers Order Came with Unmatching Insoles, Sizing Is Faulty

placed an order on Slazenger.com for two pairs of shoes and a jacket. The delivery arrived in a reasonable time, around four days. However, there's a minor issue with the insoles of one shoe - one is slightly smaller and the other is larger. The shoes themselves are fine. I contacted the customer service center and explained the situation with images. My request is simple: I'd like to send the insole with the issue to you, and in return, receive a correct and flawless insole. They suggest options like refund or exchange, but I'd prefer a hassle-free solution as the shipping process is something I'd rather avoid. I just want to use the product I bought without much hassle. I suspect that sending defective products intentionally in online sales is a practice, and if they want to address the complaint in a cost-effective way for both parties, sending a simple insole (I'll send the defective one back) would resolve my issue. Thanks.
Dear Veysel V., Regarding the issue you reported about the Slazenger Insole Problem with the Shoes, necessary inspections will be conducted. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Sincerely, Slazenger Customer Service Unit
Dear Veysel V., Valued Customer, information regarding your request has been shared following our conversation. If you have any other requests, you can reach us. We wish you a good day.

In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6502, I exercised my right of choice as a consumer and requested a price reduction proportional to the defect. By not recognizing the law stated in the legislation and claiming that they do not perform such transactions, a discount voucher was issued, and I was forced to shop again with this voucher. While I was already dissatisfied with the product due to its defect, another complaint arose. Of course, the phrase "Is there any other issue we can assist you with?" should not be asked on top of a situation where no assistance was provided. Just a reminder.
