Everlane Shoes Deformed Quickly
A while back, I bought The Tread-Bare Sneakers, and just recently, I spotted a tiny hole in the stitching near the front of the right shoe. I barely used them. After purchasing them from the online store, I reached out to customer service to request an exchange for an identical item. They mentioned that they were unable to complete the task because of stock issues and expressed uncertainty about whether it was a user error. Is it possible for there to be a mistake made by the user when it comes to a shoe that is primarily worn in urban areas and not subjected to frequent use? The offer they made was absolutely laughable - a mere $20 gift voucher for their new season products. You can keep the voucher. I have no intention of making any future purchases from your store. Their products are advertised as being of high quality, but unfortunately, they do not live up to that expectation.
