Converse.com Order Gone Wrong - Faulty Shoes, No Refunds

Converse.com Order Gone Wrong - Faulty Shoes, No Refunds
59

I ordered a size 42.5 sneaker from Converse.com. However, when I received them, I realized that the left shoe was much smaller and tighter than the right. This was obviously a manufacturing flaw.

I promptly submitted a return request, indicating the damaged shoe. Converse.com acknowledged the return and issued a refund. To my amazement, I received the identical damaged sneakers back in the mail.

Frustrated, I sent another reply request, repeating the problem. Converse.com recognized the defect and issued a refund.

It's been about a month since my second return request, and I have yet to receive any updates, phone calls, or refunds. It appears like Converse.com has entirely forgotten about my case.
