Tesla Screen Problem Was Ignored After I Requested Service
Since the day I received my Tesla Model Y on 19/08/2025, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the screen constantly flickering on and off. I reset the screen multiple times and also installed the program sent by Tesla, but the problem was not resolved. Finally, I was told that the screen needed to be replaced; however, since the part was not available at the Ankara service center and the repair time was uncertain, no service appointment was given. It was also not possible to reach the Istanbul service center, so we tried to coordinate with the Ankara service, which is the closest and most convenient for us. We have been waiting for about 20 days for this issue to be fixed. This screen problem seriously endangers both driving and our safety. I believe the vehicle was delivered without proper quality control and final checks. Communication is only possible via email, and no clear solution or date has been provided for the screen replacement. My request is for the screen of my vehicle to be replaced as soon as possible at the Ankara service center; if the part is unavailable and the process will be delayed, I request a replacement vehicle. My car is still under warranty, and no additional payment has been requested. I am urgently expecting a solution for my vehicle with license plate 06 FJY 645 and chassis number XP7YGCFS6SB695080.
