Skynet Worldwide Marked My Package Undeliverable Without Attempt

I am experiencing an issue with the delivery of my package sent through Skynet Worldwide on August 27, with tracking number 710248900034. The courier reported that they attempted to deliver the package but were unsuccessful. However, no delivery attempt was actually made, and I have still not received my package. Although my delivery address is in Kemaliye, Erzincan, I have been waiting for one day, and despite calling customer service multiple times, I have been unable to reach anyone.

I paid for this shipment by credit card and am requesting that my package be delivered to me as soon as possible.
