Skynet Tracking 710249907485 Delivery Error

I am experiencing a serious issue with my shipment through Skynet Cargo, tracking number 710249907485. The courier reported that they attempted delivery but were unable to complete it. However, although I am located in Adana, I was informed that the delivery attempt was made to my address in Istanbul. In other words, my package was mistakenly sent to the wrong city for delivery.

This incident occurred on August 30. I repeatedly tried calling customer service to resolve the issue, but I was unable to reach anyone. The phone lines were consistently unavailable, and I could not receive any assistance.

I completed all payment obligations without any issues. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and the shipment is being transported under a delivery guarantee.

I am requesting that my package be delivered to the correct address I provided as soon as possible.
