If Skynet Worldwide marked your parcel as delivered but you never received it, here’s how you can prove non-delivery and push for a resolution;

Contact Skynet Worldwide Support immediately;

• State that the parcel is marked delivered but was never received
• Provide your tracking number and delivery address
• Mention that there is no valid proof of delivery (or signature/photo is incorrect)
• Attach screenshots of tracking and any evidence showing non-receipt

Ask them to;

• Provide the official proof of delivery (signature, GPS scan location, delivery photo)
• Confirm who signed or accepted the parcel
• Investigate a possible misdelivery or false delivery scan
• Start a formal delivery dispute/investigation
• Give you a ticket/reference number and investigation timeline

Contact the sender or seller;

• Inform them that Skynet marked the parcel delivered but you did not receive it
