Disappointed With Skullcandy Crusher Evo Packaging and Quality
I purchased the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones, but I was extremely disappointed upon receiving them. The packaging and included accessories were completely different from what I had seen in unboxing videos.
In the videos, the product came in a premium box, but the one I received felt like a cheap ₺100 headphone box. The carrying case shown in the videos had a soft, wool-lined interior, whereas the case I got was thin and of very poor quality. When I contacted the official Skullcandy Turkey reseller, I was told this is how the new products are now. I cannot accept this explanation.
The price keeps increasing, yet the packaging and contents are being downgraded. This feels deceptive and misleading. I urge Skullcandy to address this and provide a proper resolution.
