Skullcandy Crusher BT Headphones Broke, No Repair or Support Offered


I am disappointed with my Skullcandy Crusher BT Headphones (Model: S6CRW-K591). The hinge on the folding mechanism broke, and when I contacted the retailer, they stated that while they handle distribution and servicing, they could not provide any spare parts or repairs. Their response was simply, "We don’t repair headphones for breakages or other issues."
When I asked for the company’s international contact email, they outright refused, saying, "We cannot provide you with the headquarters’ email address." Additionally, when I inquired about customer support, I was told, "Since this is not under warranty, we can’t help you."
I paid ₺3000 for these headphones, and the response I got was essentially to throw them away after they broke. I even offered to pay for repairs, but they dismissed my request entirely. This lack of after-sales support and refusal to address the issue is unacceptable. A product of this price and brand should have repair options available. I demand a resolution or at least the ability to have my headphones repaired at my expense.
