Skullcandy Crusher Evo Broke After 2 Weeks—Poor Support from Distributor

I purchased the Skullcandy Crusher Evo from Trendtek, Skullcandy’s official Turkish distributor, and used it for about two weeks before it broke at the folding hinge. When I contacted technical support, they blamed me, claiming it was user error. Even when I offered to pay for the repair, they said they didn’t have the necessary parts and gave absurd suggestions like using a 3D printer or traveling abroad to resolve the issue myself.
As the official distributor, Trendtek showed no interest or effort in addressing the problem. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in my favor for a refund. However, given their dismissive attitude, I doubt I’ll receive my money back.
Skullcandy, you’ve turned a long-held dream of owning this headset into a regretful experience. Refund my money promptly so I don’t have to deal with your lack of service again. This level of indifference is unacceptable for any brand.
