On Saturday, September 13, I initiated a return through Trendyol for the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones I picked up in Antalya. I only opened the box to check the product and never used it. However, my return request was rejected on the grounds of “hygiene.” During the return process, I even submitted photos proving that the product was unused, yet I still received a completely absurd and insufficient response. My order number is 9723855722. I purchased the item for ₺10,999, and I do not accept the rejection of my return request simply because I opened the box. I demand a full refund of the payment.
