I recently purchased the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones, but I am unable to connect them to the Skullcandy app despite numerous attempts. After checking the app reviews, I found many users facing the same issue, yet the company has not provided any solutions or updates.

Without the app, the sound quality of these headphones is significantly poor, making the product far from its promised performance. I deeply regret choosing Skullcandy for my purchase.
