Afterwards, I took it to the service, they said that there was no impact in the examination, they said that they would get approval and provide a replacement. But then they called me to the service again and informed me that they would take detailed video footage and connect to the car remotely. Then they called and said that it was caused by a stone and that the fault was ours. I do not understand how it was understood that it was a stone. In addition, even if it is a stone, the cracking of the roof of the vehicle from a small thing that will require an expert to detect it, you can imagine how bad ideas in terms of quality it reveals to people. As if this incident was not enough without the excitement of buying a new car, the service refuses to change. I said I would buy a Skoda vehicle for the first time, and in a very, very short time, both the service, customer service and vehicle quality showed why I should not buy. I demand a solution to my problem.
