I Noticed a Crack in the Sunroof of My Skoda Kamiq

I noticed a crack in the sunroof of my Skoda Kamiq, a car that hasn't even completed its first year and is still under warranty. I promptly reported the issue to the Erya Istanbul service center. A lady in charge took care of it; videos and pictures were taken. However, upon their response, they claimed it was due to external factors and user error. They provided a repair estimate of ₺48,000. Given that the sunroof is made of tempered glass, I couldn't comprehend how it could crack due to user error. This situation feels like an attempt to deceive; it's truly disappointing, especially from a brand like Skoda. I'll be sharing this experience on every platform imaginable, and rest assured, I won't be persuading anyone to buy a Skoda. You may excel at selling cars, but you fall short when it comes to standing behind your product. Everything matters until the product is sold.
