A brand new Kia Picanto was one I purchased from Adana Kavi Otomotiv in November of 2020. After two and a half years, a paint crack began to form beneath the varnish on the ceiling, and the paint on the front logo began to throw paint after it had been there for 2.5 years. I drove the car to the service facility, where they offered to paint the roof without making any technical determinations. However, I declined their offer because I was concerned about the vehicle's worth, and they informed me that there was nothing further that could be done. After some time had passed, I phoned Celik Motor and notified them that the vehicle had a problem; nevertheless, they informed me that there was nothing they could do and that the service department would have the last say. I will continue to fight for my rights until the issue about my victimization may be settled.
