I completed the payment on 13.08.2024 for 2024 model year, Skoda New Kamiq brand, Monte Carlo package, which was stated to be in the warehouse and was reported to be problem-free. I had car's insurance and traffic insurance done on 13.08.2024 and to get a private license plate. After even the plate assignment was made, all the transactions were completed, and we reached a point where it was difficult to return, while waiting for the license to be sent, the sales consultant informed us on 15.08.2024 that the glass of the car's gear lever was cracked. Upon this incident, I wanted the vehicle to be replaced with a faultless one and my private license plate to be transferred to the car as is, but with the passive-aggressive approach of the person working in Skoda customer relations, it was stated that in this case the replacement would take a long time and a vehicle could not be provided. Afterwards, some gestures were made and since I needed a car to go to work, I accepted these gestures. I received the vehicle in this condition on 17.08.2024. During this process, I drove the car without opening the part that covers the glass roof in order to prevent damage to the interior of the vehicle due to air temperatures. However, on 03.09.2024, when my friends got into the backseat of the vehicle for the first time, I opened the glass ceiling to show the glass ceiling. I saw that there was a crack in the glass ceiling that was progressing so that someone sitting in the back could see it more clearly. A crack that starts without any trace of impact, as if the glass had been cut, is located right behind the driver's seat, and cannot be seen from the outside due to the black glass when the compartment inside is closed. The vehicle started to lose value even before it was delivered to me. If it is wanted to be sold in the future, it will be easily proven by the service records that the vehicle's problems have started even before it is taken over, and that it is defective and problematic. While no buyer, including me, wants to buy a clean car, they will not want to buy a car whose "glass roof" cracks and changes out of the blue. I immediately sent my warning to Doğuş Oto and Yüce Auto regarding the hidden defect. I was informed that these things could happen, that they would not be able to change the vehicle, and that the glass roof could be covered under warranty. I am told to accept this car and file a lawsuit. I made a mistake in trusting Doğuş Oto, Skoda, Yüce Auto.
