Skechers Sole Worn Out - Warranty Denied
The Skechers shoes I purchased wore out their soles in less than a year, and I was left puzzled by this. After contacting Skechers via email, they suggested that I bring them to the store for inspection. I took them to the store and left them for evaluation. However, the message I got today said, "Dear customer, we found no manufacturing defects in your product." This conduct is utterly inappropriate for a brand of Skechers' reputation. It's pretty hard to believe that anyone would intentionally wear down the sole of their shoes in such a manner.
