Skechers Shoe Stitching Issue - Request for Exchange or Refund
I recently purchased a pair of Skechers shoes and used them only a few times before the stitching started to tear. When I submitted a request for an exchange, I was informed that "no manufacturing defect was found." Are they implying that I caused the stitching to come apart after wearing the shoes just a couple of times?
This response is unacceptable, and I feel wrong as a customer. I urgently request either an exchange for a new pair or a full refund for the defective shoes. It is frustrating to deal with this situation, and I expect a prompt resolution. Thank you.
