Skechers Shoe Deformation Issues

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes, and within a year, both sides began to deform around the toe areas. After all, we pay a premium for these shoes, which include warranties. That is why we are willing to spend this much money. I sent them in for inspection, and they're implying that the product isn't faulty, implying that the problem is with me. Despite the fact that I've never had this problem with any other pair of shoes, if it's happening with this one, it's the shoes' fault, not mine. I admire those who are willing to spend so much money for only a year of use, but I will not be purchasing any products from this brand again. I intend to use e-government to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
