Skechers Shoe Sole Wears Out Prematurely

The Skechers shoes I bought completely wore out their soles within a year, and I couldn't understand why. After reaching out to Skechers through email, they advised me to take them to the store for inspection. I brought them to the store and left them for inspection. Nevertheless, the message I received today stated, "Dear customer, no manufacturing defects were found in your product examined with request number 1-338894." This behavior is completely unacceptable for a brand of Skechers' caliber. It's highly unlikely that any user would purposefully wear out the sole of their shoes like this. Throughout my 20 years as a Nike user, I have never experienced any issues. Nike has consistently been reliable in exchanging products with defects.
