I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers, but from the very first wear, I noticed visible defects, as shown in the attached photos. I sent the shoes in for inspection and exchange, only to be ignored for 1.5 months—and that was after repeatedly calling to follow up. Eventually, the shoes were simply sent back to me without any repairs or resolution.
How exactly does Skechers inspect its products? You claim that the toe separation is "user error," but what about the wrinkling and waves on the leather? I know for a fact that Skechers has previously approved exchanges for this exact issue, so why is my case being dismissed?
I used to trust this brand—my entire family wears Skechers—but clearly, the quality and customer service have gone downhill. At the very least, if you weren’t going to replace the shoes, you could have repaired or restored them. Instead, you just sent them back as if nothing was wrong.
A ₺5000 shoe should not fall apart immediately! This will be my last purchase from Skechers, not even for something as small as shoelaces. I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or repair.
