I have been using 1xBet for a long time, and I have always appreciated that the company credited me a birthday bonus every year. I received this birthday bonus twice in previous years without any issues. However, this year, on my birthday on 16/12/2025, no birthday bonus was credited to my account, even though I was expecting it as before. On 16/12/2025, I contacted customer support via the in‑app chat and was told to wait, but nothing has changed for three days, and I still have not received any clear explanation or concrete answer. I do not know whether 1xBet has changed its bonus policy or whether this is a mistake on my account, but I feel that I have been treated unfairly, especially as a loyal user who has always received this bonus before. I am requesting that 1xBet review my account (App ID: 190284635) and either credit me the birthday bonus for this year or clearly explain why it has not been provided. I would like this issue to be resolved and to receive a clear, specific response.
