I made a UPI deposit of ₹2000 to Goa Games on 18 December 2025, but the money has still not been credited to my game account. The payment went through successfully from my side, and the receiver's UPI ID shown in the transaction is manormafo***@rbl. This amount was intended to be added to my Goa Game account with ID 5939333, but my wallet balance has not increased, and I have not received any update about the payment status. Since the payment has already been debited from my bank account, I am facing a clear loss. I request that my missing ₹2000 be immediately credited to my Goa Game account ID 5939333, or that you urgently check this transaction using the reference number provided and resolve the issue without any further delay. I also expect to be informed in writing once the correction has been made.
