Skechers Fraudulent Warranty. Damaged Product Within 3 Weeks

I bought Skechers shoes on the 7th of March 2024, and within the first 3 weeks, they started scratching the back of my foot. Eventually, I realized they were torn around my ankle, causing damage and scratching. This is the first time I've experienced such an issue with Skechers. I've been wearing their shoes for the past 8 years, and they usually last at least 2 years before wearing out. But this pair tore within the first 3 weeks. When I reached out to the company, they claimed it wasn't their fault. Then whose fault is it? I suppose it's my fault for spending a fortune on Skechers products. I need this resolved urgently. I'll complain to every possible avenue until I'm heard.
