In June 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from SuperStep. Less than six months later, the front of the shoes developed cracks and collapsed, making them completely unwearable. Given the short lifespan, I took them to another SuperStep location in a nearby mall for inspection under warranty.
After waiting 21 business days, I received a denial message, claiming the issue was “user error.” This is completely unacceptable. A globally recognized brand like Skechers should stand behind its products instead of dismissing legitimate defects.
I am extremely disappointed with this decision and demand a fair resolution. My complaint must be reviewed again, and Skechers should either replace or refund my defective shoes immediately!
