I purchased a pair of Skechers D’Lux Walker Sandals from the official Skechers online store on October 31, 2024. Since the weather only recently warmed up, I’ve worn them for just 5–6 days total. Despite the minimal use, the sandals already show noticeable wear and tear—and what’s worse, the worn areas are not even in contact with the ground, but rather in the footbed area where the sandal touches the skin.
I submitted the product for inspection on March 16, 2024, along with clear photos showing the damage. A week later, I received a generic message stating: “Your product with request number 1-446341 has been inspected and no manufacturing defect was found. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your request.”
This is completely unacceptable. I bought these sandals directly from Skechers’ own website, expecting genuine quality and support. But despite obvious material issues, they’re refusing to take responsibility.
I’m sharing the photos publicly to show how Skechers is not standing behind their products, even when the problem is clearly visible. I demand either a replacement or a full refund. Don’t let loyal customers down like this—do better.
