About nine months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Escape Plan shoes from the Optimum store. Despite using them regularly and carefully, the left shoe developed a clear separation along the front edges. What frustrates me even more is that two other members of my family own the exact same model, and neither of them has experienced this problem. This makes me feel that my pair has a manufacturing defect rather than being caused by normal use.
To resolve the issue, I sent the shoes for inspection twice. Unfortunately, both times I received the same response: “no defect found,” and my complaint was rejected without a detailed explanation. Considering that the product is still under warranty, I cannot accept that a pair of shoes at this price point would show such damage in less than a year. My customer reference number for the purchase and inspection process is S022024000021296.
I am requesting either a replacement of the defective shoes or a proper resolution to this issue. I ask Skechers to stand behind their product and take responsibility so that my grievance is addressed fairly and promptly.
