On March 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Max Cushioning Propulsion shoes for my son from the Skechers store in Vadi Istanbul. Even though the shoes were used for only about four months of daily wear, the inner back section tore, and the side materials started to hurt my son’s feet. In addition, the shoes deformed very quickly.
On October 17, 2025, I brought the product back to the Vadi Istanbul store. However, yesterday I received a message stating that my claim was rejected on the grounds of “user error.” My invoice number is 15-r-7-26199. Although the product is still under warranty, I do not accept that such short-term and normal use could be considered user error.
I am requesting either a replacement or a refund for the product. If no solution is provided, I will take this matter to the Consumer Court. I respectfully ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
