I bought Skechers shoes from an authorized Sportive store and got a receipt that said it was bought on April 16, 2023. To my surprise, the pattern on the shoes started coming off after just one month, making them look worse. Also, the fabric of the thing started to sag. I sent the item to be checked, but it was turned down. I went to the Consumer Arbitration Board for help at that point. Skechers, a brand that says it sells original and high-quality products, has been a disaster when it comes to customer service after the sale. The store insists that they are the only ones to talk to and that the brand should be responsible for the product. I have nothing but regrets about this whole thing.
