Skechers Shoe Deformation Complaint




Last October, I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from the Moon Sport store. After using the Skechers shoes for a while, they lost their shape and the lace snapped. I let the store know about the problem, but unfortunately, they didn't take any action to resolve my concern. I submitted a formal complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Later on, the store reached out to me. They mentioned that they would send the product for examination. I presented the shoes for inspection. Even after weeks had gone by, there was still no response to my complaint. Upon contacting the store, the staff informed me that Skechers had rejected my complaint. They said they tried to contact me but couldn't get through. I am not convinced by these explanations. I have some grievances regarding both the Store and Skechers. I will pursue legal recourse. I will express my dissatisfaction everywhere.
