On March 14, 2025, I rented a Volvo V90 from Sixt, picking it up at Berlin Airport and returning it to Stuttgart Airport on March 21, 2025 (Rental No: 9517185923). At the time of rental, ₺41,250.57 was charged to my credit card as a security deposit, with the clear assurance that it would be refunded within a few weeks of returning the car—provided there were no issues.
I returned the vehicle in perfect condition, yet more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received my refund. What’s worse, no one replies to my emails, and every time I try calling, my call is just endlessly transferred without resolution.
Sixt, I demand immediate action. This delay is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for your customer’s money and trust. If my deposit is not refunded promptly, I will escalate this matter through all legal and consumer protection channels available. I will not let this go until it’s resolved.
