Excess Charges and Deposit Not Refunded by Sixt Car Rental

As confirmed by the booking receipt dated 17/06/2024, I made a 7-day car rental reservation through Booking.com with reservation number 765494310. The rental was to pick up the car at Berlin Airport and return it at Frankfurt Airport. I paid €396.35 excluding insurance, €150 for insurance, and a €300 deposit. Despite returning the car with the same fuel level and without any damages, Sixt Car Rental (confirmation number 9935675576) has charged an additional €156.47 to my credit card and has not refunded my €300 deposit.

This situation is unacceptable, and I have been unfairly charged extra while my deposit remains unpaid. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue legal action in international courts for the return of my €300 deposit. I request an immediate resolution to this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention.
