You can use their free return policy if you're not happy with the results of a Sinoz Cosmetics product you bought and want to get your money back in full. Just do what's written below:
• Email [email protected] to let them know you want to return the item and get your money back.
• To get your money back, make sure you start the return process within 14 days of getting your order.
• Make sure the item is returned in the same condition it was in the first place. Sinoz Cosmetics will only take back items that are in their original condition.
Sinoz Cosmetics will refund you using the same method of payment you used to buy the item once they receive it. They try to give refunds within 7 business days of getting the item back.
