Sinoz Face Wash Caused Severe Irritation—Skin Red, Dry, and Peeling
On February 15, 2025, I purchased a Sinoz Face Cleansing Gel from Watsons. Excited to try my new product, I used it once—and immediately regretted it. My face started itching uncontrollably, turning red, dry, and flaky.
I thought my skin would heal within a few days, but instead, things got worse. Now, five days later, my face is still irritated, and my eyes are swollen, resembling a stye. I am extremely concerned about the effects of this product.
I doubt Sinoz will respond or take responsibility, but I expect an immediate explanation and resolution. This product should not cause such severe skin reactions—Sinoz needs to address this issue and provide a refund!
