I recently used the Sinoz tone-equalizing cream, and the results have been nothing short of devastating for my skin. As soon as I applied it, my pores visibly enlarged, and shortly after, redness and swelling began to spread across my face. I’ve moved recently, so environmental changes are possible—but I’ve never had a reaction like this before from any product.
My skin is now irritated, inflamed, and looks terrible. The condition worsened after using this cream, which is advertised as being suitable for all skin types. I strongly disagree. It is definitely not safe for sensitive skin, and I believe it should not be labeled as universally suitable.
I’m extremely disappointed and am seriously considering legal action due to the damage it has caused.
Sinoz, I urge you to take responsibility and either reformulate this product or issue proper skin-type warnings. I want immediate guidance on how to treat the effects your product caused—and I expect a clear and prompt response.
