Sinoz 72-Hour Moisturizer Caused Breakouts on My Dry Skin and They Refused a Refund

I purchased the Sinoz 72-Hour Moisturizing and Tone-Equalizing Cream, hoping it would help my dry skin, just as advertised. I tested it at regular intervals to be sure, but every time I used it, it led to breakouts and irritation. My skin, which is normally dry and calm, reacted badly to this product, which clearly isn’t suitable for sensitive or dry skin despite its claims.
Even worse, when I contacted the company to return the product and request a refund, they outright refused to accept the return or issue any compensation. Not only does the cream fail to deliver the promised effects, but it also aggravates the skin condition it’s supposed to improve.
Sinoz, you’re putting people’s skin at risk. I demand a full refund and accountability for the misleading marketing and harmful effects of your product. Skincare should help, not harm—and if it doesn’t work as promised, customers deserve support, not silence.
