I bought the Sinoz Vitamin C Serum from Gratis for around $6. I started using the product a few weeks ago — the first five days seemed fine, but on the sixth day I developed intense burning, redness, and itching on my face. As my symptoms got worse, I had to see a doctor, and I was prescribed medication for treatment.
After using the product, I developed dark spots and discoloration on my face, and I suffered both financial and emotional harm. My skin became more sensitive, and the way it looked affected me psychologically as well. Since my health problems and skin discoloration began right after I started using the Sinoz Vitamin C Serum, I'm requesting that the product be thoroughly investigated, that I be compensated for the financial and emotional damages I've suffered due to my health issues, and that I receive help with a refund.
To prevent similar situations from happening to others, I'm also asking that the product's ingredients and warning labels be reviewed, and that I receive written information about this matter.
