Sinoz Skin Tone Equalizing Cream Works Like Foundation, Not Care Cream

I purchased the “Skin Tone Equalizing Care Cream” from Sinoz’s official website under order number 2399501. The product was advertised as a care cream that balances skin tone, but when I used it, I realized it actually worked like a tinted foundation instead.

I noticed this issue on the very first use, and I believe the product does not deliver the results it promises. Since the cream does not match the description provided on the website, I am requesting a refund of ₺324.50.

I have not yet contacted Sinoz customer service, but I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed and my refund processed as soon as possible.
