Sinoz Sunscreen Triggers Severe Breakouts on My Face

I purchased the Sinoz Pure Cica Tiger Grass Instant Tone-Correcting Liquid Sunscreen SPF50+ Mineral Sunscreen Filter product through Sinoz's official sales page on Trendyol (Order No: 11207205759). I bought the product about 3 months ago, and after I started using it, I developed severe breakouts — especially on my cheeks and forehead — worse than anything I'd ever experienced before.
The breakouts started just 2 days after I began using the product. I kept using it for about a week, but stopped once the breakouts got worse. After the breakouts cleared up, I tried the product again, and the same thing happened — breakouts started again on my cheeks and forehead — so I stopped using the product entirely. Even after I stopped, the breakouts left marks on my face for a long time, and my skin was negatively affected.
Because of the skin problems and distress I've experienced from this product, I'm requesting a refund for the Sinoz sunscreen I purchased, tied to my order number. I'd appreciate it if Sinoz and Trendyol would take this situation seriously and resolve it.
