I’ve been using the Sinoz Pink Touch Instant Tone-Correcting Repairing Moisturizer SPF50 for a while now, expecting it to offer reliable sun protection as advertised. However, despite being marketed as a sun cream, it has zero effectiveness under sunlight. It did absolutely nothing to shield my skin—and worse, it caused a serious allergic reaction.
After using it for less than two months, my face started to itch intensely each time I applied it. As soon as I wiped it off, my skin began to swell, and now I’m dealing with a severe rash and flaking skin. This is not what I signed up for when purchasing a product meant to protect and nourish the skin.
I even emailed Sinoz directly to report what happened and ask for help—but they didn’t even bother to respond. The lack of customer care is just as disappointing as the product itself.
Sinoz, I demand a full explanation for this reaction, a refund, and accountability for the lack of sun protection your product claims to provide. This product should not be sold without proper warnings or testing.
