Sinoz Sunscreen Leaves My Face Looking Burned Overnight
I purchased Sinoz's pink-box sunscreen and green facial cleansing gel from the Gratis store in Sakarya Akyazı. Even though I only applied the products to my face once, when I woke up the next morning, I had serious burning, a burn-like appearance, and breakouts on my face — my face was practically ruined.
After this, I went to a doctor, and the doctor told me that the skin reaction I experienced was caused by these products. I then contacted the brand by email. Their response implied that I should have done a patch test on my wrist first, and that otherwise they don't accept responsibility. But given how severe a reaction this product caused in such a short time, I've suffered significant harm.
I had to begin a treatment process, including doctor visits and medication. Since I clearly believe this harm was caused by the product — and the doctor assessed it the same way — I'm requesting that this be resolved, that I receive a refund for the product, and that my treatment costs be covered.
