Sinoz Body Peeling Causes Burning and Redness After One Use

I purchased a Sinoz brand body peeling product from the Sincan branch of BİM. I used the product very briefly in the shower yesterday, and as soon as I felt a burning sensation, I immediately rinsed it off and washed the area. Despite this, I developed intense redness, burning, and itching on the areas where I used the product, and these symptoms are still ongoing today.
I had no open wounds, irritation, or similar skin problems beforehand. I haven't seen a doctor or received any medical treatment, but the burning and itching I'm experiencing are seriously disrupting my daily life. I'm very distressed, both physically and psychologically, over what this product has done to my skin.
I want Sinoz to conduct a proper investigation into this product, accept responsibility, and review my request for compensation for the harm I've experienced. I expect this matter to be taken seriously so that I don't experience a similar problem again, and so that others don't have to either.
