I applied Sinoz Pink Touch Sunscreen to my face today, and within minutes, I experienced intense burning in my eyes. It’s been nearly 30 minutes and my eyes are still burning badly—I can barely keep them open. I’m shocked and extremely upset that a product marketed for facial use could cause such a severe reaction.
I cannot understand how a skincare brand can risk people’s health like this, especially around such a sensitive area. It makes me question whether the influencers who promote this product actually use it at all. Most of them apply it on camera and then wipe it off immediately, which honestly feels like a joke now that I’ve had this experience.
This isn’t just irritation—it’s a painful, prolonged reaction that makes me worry about product safety and testing standards. A sunscreen that causes this much discomfort should come with serious warnings, if not be reformulated entirely.
I demand an immediate explanation from Sinoz and a refund for the ₺ I spent. More importantly, I want this issue escalated and addressed so that others don’t suffer the same harm. Please take this seriously—eye safety is no small matter.
