Sinoz SPF 50 Sunscreen Smells Like Paint and Has Strange Texture
On July 15, 2025, I ordered a 50 SPF sunscreen from Sinoz’s official website (Order No: 2521027). The product was delivered to Bayındır Mahallesi, Receban Caddesi, Rıza Park 1 Sitesi, Apartment 21, Floor 7, Batman Merkez. When I opened it for the first time during my vacation, it had a strong paint-like smell and an extremely runny texture that wouldn’t stay on my face or hands. It also contained small lumps and visible color inconsistencies.
I reported the issue directly on Sinoz’s website. I was told only to “shake before use” and that the product may have been affected by heat, but the smell and consistency clearly make it unsuitable for use. I’ve purchased from Sinoz before and never experienced anything like this. I paid about ₺150–₺200 by credit card.
I’m requesting a product replacement or another solution that ensures customer satisfaction. However, I also want to emphasize that the company’s response blaming me for the issue was disappointing, and I ask that my grievance be resolved appropriately.
