Simple App Subscription Charged Me Monthly Despite Cancellation

About 4–5 months ago, I signed up for the Simple Premium app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max while I was in Düzce. Even though I canceled my membership at the end of the first week—before the free trial ended—I have continued to be charged every month for the past 4 months. Each charge has been $33, totaling around $132.

The payments are processed through the App Store, and I can only see them on my credit card statement. I have not received any email or invoice notifications regarding these charges.

When I contacted Apple support, they told me I needed to cancel the subscription through the app and that they could not assist further. However, I have been unable to reach the app’s own support team at all. I also do not have any proof or screenshots of the cancellation, as I had never experienced such an issue before.

I am requesting that my subscription be completely canceled and that all charges that have been unfairly collected so far be fully refunded to me.
