Simple Subscription Canceled but Charges Continued
I subscribed to the Simple Life app through the App Store. In June and July, I was charged $12 + $12, and in August, September, October, and November, I was charged $31 x 4 per month, totaling $150.
Even though I canceled my subscription through the App Store, charges continued for the last 4 months under the name “Simple Premium/DOVER,” totaling $94. Currently, my subscription no longer appears in the app’s subscription section, and I cannot access any reference number related to these charges.
I have not contacted customer service during this process. I live in Istanbul, and all of these charges were made from the same card. I do not accept being charged for a service I did not receive. I am requesting a refund of the $94 charged over the last 4 months, that my subscription be fully canceled, and that this issue does not occur again.
