Siemens Refuses to Fully Inspect My Faulty Tumble Dryer Despite Repeated Failures
I bought a Siemens tumble dryer. The product failed the heat pump and cover before the first year. It was replaced under warranty. The cover failure recurred before the first year. The technical team decided to replace the cover via remote assistance. However, since the same failures recurred, I requested a comprehensive check or replacement. The headquarters reported that replacing the cover would be sufficient. However, if the same problem recurred in the product, I asked for a comprehensive check, saying that this failure was obviously due to another reason. Despite this, they are stalling me until the warranty expires. We bought 3 of the same machine and there was no failure in the others. The machine is obviously defective. But for some reason, Siemens does not even want to check it.

The cause of the problem was not found. The issue recurred on June 23rd. They said they reported it to the factory in Germany. After a month, they say they will change the hinge again and continue. I will now initiate legal proceedings.
