Siemens Washing Machine Rusted Again in 7 Months but Warranty Claim Was Denied



I purchased my Siemens device in 2018 and extended its warranty, which is still active. The side panels have been replaced three times by the service center, the front panel twice, the drum once, and the gasket twice. Most recently, on May 29, 2024, the panels were replaced due to rust, but within just seven months, they rusted again. I requested a replacement, but this time, the main center rejected it, claiming user error. When I spoke to the authorised service team, they stated that such rapid rusting could not be due to user error but that the main center had made this decision. I have shared the service records showing that the product has been sent in for the same issue three times and for different issues six times. Each time, I have been left without a functioning machine, repeatedly facing the same problems. This ongoing frustration has completely eroded my trust in the company. Considering that a washing machine now costs ₺35,000, I request that my grievance be resolved through a product replacement or a full refund.
