Within six months, the lid malfunctioned and was replaced. Eight months later, the lid malfunctioned again and was replaced. Then, the lid malfunctioned again, and the inspection indicated a lid replacement. However, they stalled the machine until the warranty expired. The machine was manufactured with a faulty product, and by refusing to acknowledge this, I was constantly victimized.
