Siemens Refrigerator Stops Cooling After 6 Years Despite Extended Warranty

My Siemens refrigerator model KG76NAIF0N/01, which I have been using for about six years, has not been cooling properly for the past three weeks, and the problem has continued without interruption. At the time, I purchased the appliance for about $185.
I have contacted the authorized service center multiple times regarding this issue, but they refuse to acknowledge the obvious defect in the appliance and have not provided any permanent solution. Moreover, customer service evaluates the appliance—despite being used for six years—as if it were brand new and offers unrealistic explanations, such as the weather being hot during this season or the placement of the refrigerator, instead of addressing the actual problem.
What is even more frustrating is that, despite telling me “we will come today,” they postponed the appointment to the next day without any notice or explanation. This approach completely ignores both my time and the inconvenience I am experiencing.
However, my refrigerator still has an extended warranty, which is also visible in their system. Therefore, I request that all necessary actions be taken under the extended warranty, including a full and free repair, or a replacement of the appliance if required.
I expect my refrigerator to be restored so that it functions properly and efficiently again, and I also ask the company to show proper care regarding the appointment delays and communication problems I experienced during this process.
